The
install
that makes
AI
stick.
Foreman is a 90-day AI system install for industrial marketing teams. A workshop, a custom prompt library, AI-enabled SOPs, a loaded Atlas workspace, the full governance package, and 60 days of operating support. Then it runs without us.
Not a workshop.
An install.
Most AI training ends the moment the call ends. People leave with notes, good intentions, and a Slack channel that goes quiet by Friday. Six weeks later the team is back to where they started — except now there's an unused Notion page about prompting.
Foreman is built against that pattern. The deliverable is a running system, not a certificate. By Day 90 your team has the prompts they actually use, the SOPs that have AI steps already inside them, an Atlas workspace loaded with their playbook, governance docs that legal has signed off on, and the operating muscle to keep it going.
If they don't, that's our problem to solve, not yours.
"If your team isn't using AI consistently at 90 days, we keep working until they are."
Three phases.
One running system.
Each phase ends with something the team can use without us — the rollout plan, the install, the operating handoff. The diagram below is the actual schedule, not a marketing illustration.

Six things,
built for the team that runs them.
Each component is a real deliverable, not a topic on a slide. Standalone values listed below for the components we sell on their own — the rest don't exist outside Foreman.
Foundations workshop.
Custom prompt library.
AI-enabled SOPs.
Atlas workspace,
built and loaded.
Governance Launchpad.
Operating support.
Three sizes.
One install.
Standard fits most teams. The full build is for multi-department rollouts or larger marketing orgs. Essentials exists for the smaller team that needs less SOP work but still wants the install done right.
- Workshop · prompt library
- 2—3 AI-enabled SOPs
- Atlas workspace · 6 mo
- Governance Launchpad
- 30 days async support
- Workshop · prompt library · 15—25
- 3—5 AI-enabled SOPs

- Day 90 handoff session
- Two workshops · prompt library
- Up to 10 AI-enabled SOPs

- Governance Launchpad · 6 docs
- 60 days async support
- Cross-dept rollout planning
"The workshop and governance docs alone are $3,500 as standalone products. Everything else — the prompts, the SOPs, the loaded Atlas workspace, sixty days of operating support — is what makes those stick."
Foreman is the install.
Orbit keeps it running.
Not a retainer. An operating layer — ShiftWorks stays embedded in the system we built so it stays tuned as your team grows. Most Foreman engagements convert at the Day 90 handoff.
- Monthly prompt library maintenance — updates, new prompts, pruning
- Quarterly governance review — policy, risk, adoption checkpoints
- Async support channel stays open
- 1—2 new SOPs per quarter included
- Priority access for expansion — new departments, new use cases

The questions
we get first.
Most teams we work with already use AI — the diagnostic version of "use" being that a few people have personal ChatGPT subscriptions and nothing's standardized. Foreman doesn't replace what's working. It maps the existing ad-hoc usage, formalizes the prompts that are actually producing results, and installs a system the rest of the team can adopt without starting from zero.
The Governance Launchpad is the answer. Six documents — policy, risk framework, adoption guidelines, data-handling protocols, comms kit, review cadence — written for your industry. We use enterprise-tier accounts (Claude Team, ChatGPT Team, etc.) where data isn't used for training, and we document which workflows can use which tools. Your legal team signs off on the package before it's deployed.
Two paths. Most teams convert to Orbit ($1,500/mo) at the Day 90 handoff — ShiftWorks stays embedded, prompt library stays current, governance gets reviewed quarterly, async support stays open. Some teams take the install and run it themselves. Both work. The handoff session at Day 90 documents everything the team needs to keep going either way.
The install itself is 25 days. The 60 days that follow are operating support — the hardest part of any AI rollout, because that's when the team hits the real-world friction the workshop didn't cover. A new edge case, a regulatory question, a workflow that didn't fit the prompts. We stay in the channel through that window. By Day 90 the team has hit those walls with us still there, which is the only way the system survives the engagement ending.
The Workshop is one of the components inside Foreman. On its own, it's a half-day session for $995 — useful, but the day after, your team has notes and good intentions. Foreman exists because notes and good intentions don't survive a busy quarter. The install puts the system in place. The support window keeps it there.
Six months are included in every Foreman tier, with unlimited seats. After that, the workspace renews at the standard Atlas Teams rate (a flat per-org price, not per-seat). If you'd rather not continue, you keep the prompts and SOPs — they live in your existing tools too.
For the install (Days 1—25): one half-day workshop with the full marketing team, plus roughly 30—45 minutes per week of stakeholder time for documentation review and SOP rewrites. After Day 25: as much or as little as you want — the support window is async, so most of the load on your side is reading the Slack channel.
